Any clear statement that you withdraw from the contract is sufficient where it identifies the order.RefundsReturning GoodsAfter notifying us, send eligible goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us about the withdrawal.Goods should be returned complete, with accessories, manuals and packaging where reasonably possible. You may handle goods only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to what would be allowed in a shop.You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, where permitted by law.RefundsReturn Costs and Refund TimingYou normally bear the direct cost of returning goods unless the goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed, we agree otherwise, or mandatory law provides otherwise.We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered where required by law, within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.We use the same payment method used for the order unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a fee for the refund.RefundsExceptions and Faulty GoodsThe right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalized goods, or other exceptions allowed by applicable law.Withdrawal exceptions do not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incomplete or misdescribed goods, including the EU/EEA legal guarantee and applicable UK or Swiss consumer protections.If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact support@glowera.at with your order number and photos where possible so we can arrange the legally appropriate remedy.
