Overview and purpose

FAQ 402 combines several technologies in one four-sphere treatment head. Dual microcurrent is joined by red, blue and near-infrared LED light, while electroporation adds a dedicated skincare step. T-Sonic pulsations complete the combination in a rechargeable handheld format. Compared with FAQ 401, this model adds near-infrared light and electroporation. Intensity can be adjusted on the device, with further settings and guided sessions in the FAQ Swiss app. A compatible conductive primer is part of the preparation, allowing the contact spheres to glide consistently over the face and neck.

Preparing your routine

A prepared skin surface is part of the routine, not an optional extra. Use the conductive skincare specified for the device and keep the treatment head in the contact pattern described in its instructions. The facial tool does not replace cleansing, and pressing harder does not create a more advanced session.

Use and practical considerations

Prepare clean skin with conductive primer, select an intensity and follow the manufacturer-approved movements. Use only on the specified treatment areas. Work methodically over the approved areas rather than repeatedly treating one small point. The manufacturer instructions determine the movements, intensity and frequency for the model. When a device offers an app, use its guided routines to learn the sequence before building a personal schedule.

Care, charging and storage

Keep the device and its electrical contacts clean using the method in its manual. A waterproof rating does not mean every charger, cable or accessory can be immersed. Dry the appropriate parts before storage or charging, and keep the charging connection separate from wet skincare products.
