These terms apply to purchases made through glowera.at by consumers in: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
They do not limit statutory consumer rights, product conformity rights, cancellation rights, unfair-terms protections, payment protections or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

The contract language is English. Before placing an order, you can review the products, quantities, total price, delivery charge, billing and delivery details, payment method and these legal pages.
An order is placed when you use the final checkout button indicating an obligation to pay. We confirm receipt by email. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the goods, unless local mandatory law provides an earlier point.
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud checks fail, sanctions/export restrictions apply, or legal restrictions prevent fulfilment.

Prices are listed in EUR and are hardcoded in the storefront. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT unless checkout states otherwise.
Austria’s standard VAT rate is 20%; local VAT treatment may vary by destination, seller registration, distance-selling thresholds and import rules.
For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import VAT, customs duties, courier handling fees or local charges may apply unless they are expressly collected at checkout. Customers are responsible for charges lawfully due in their destination country where not collected by GLOWERA.
Beauty technology products are sold for cosmetic and wellness use unless expressly stated otherwise. Product information is not medical advice, and devices are not presented as a cure, treatment or diagnosis for disease.

Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate, except where mandatory local law provides stronger consumer protection.
Delivery estimates may be affected by stock availability, public holidays, customs processing, security checks or carrier delays.

EU, Iceland and Norway consumers receive at least the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, not as described or not in conformity. Some countries may provide longer periods or stronger rules.
UK consumers retain UK consumer rights and statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights where goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.
Swiss consumers retain mandatory Swiss law remedies where applicable. Manufacturer or commercial warranties are separate from, and do not replace, statutory rights.

Eligible consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Details and the model cancellation form are available on the Refund Policy and Withdrawal Form pages.
Opened sealed personal-care, hygiene or skincare goods may be excluded from withdrawal rights where lawful for health-protection or hygiene reasons. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
You may be responsible for return postage where we informed you before purchase and unless the goods are faulty or local mandatory law provides otherwise.

Card and other payment data are processed by third-party payment providers. GLOWERA does not store full card details.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders, infringe intellectual property rights or use the site contrary to law.

These terms are prepared under Austrian law for an Austrian seller. Consumers also benefit from mandatory protections of the country where they habitually reside where those protections cannot be excluded.
Nothing in these terms restricts a consumer’s right to bring claims in courts or use dispute bodies available under mandatory local law.
